The fixed price covers the vehicle purchase, handling with the dealer, checking vehicle data, availability and paperwork, and the agreed export services. On request, we add transport, licence plates and registration and deregistration. You learn which services are included and which costs come on top before you decide.

Before you decide to buy. You receive the price, services and payment terms in writing. The quote and purchase agreement are in place before any payment is due.

You get the concrete timeframe in writing with your quote – the same business day. It depends on the vehicle, the paperwork, your destination country and the transport route.

Yes. Collecting directly from the German dealer is usually the shortest route. You or your driver collect the vehicle there. Or, on request, we bring it to us near Munich and you collect it there. Or we organise transport to you. In every case, Mondial Motors remains your contracting partner.

For destinations outside the EU, we take care of export clearance and the necessary export documents. We clarify which solution fits your destination country with your enquiry.

For a tax-free purchase as a business customer in another EU country, you need a valid VAT number. We check the delivery in advance and explain which evidence you need.

No, if your vehicle can be delivered tax-free. Then you buy from Mondial Motors net and without a German VAT deposit. We clarify this before the purchase, so no extra capital stays tied up in a German VAT deposit.

Send us the listing. We check whether we can handle the purchase and export. The dealer then sells to Mondial Motors, and you buy the vehicle from us.

No. We handle communication, negotiation and processing for you. You can also speak to the dealer yourself — you just don't have to.

That depends on the vehicle, your buyer status and the contract. We keep the terms transparent in the quote and contract. This does not replace legal advice.
