The protection of your personal data is important to us. This policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. No social media plugins are embedded. Fonts are loaded from our own server — there is no request to Google Fonts or any other third party.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG (Berlin). When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects data in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: the page visited, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, the source/referrer, the browser used, the operating system used and the IP address.
This data serves to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve the website; it is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website).
4. Contact form (Web3Forms)
For the contact form we use the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com). When you submit the form, the details you enter (vehicle link, email address, country, message) are transmitted to our email address via Web3Forms' servers. Web3Forms processes the data on our behalf as a processor in order to deliver the enquiry. Further details are set out in Web3Forms' privacy policy.
We use your details solely to handle and answer your enquiry; we do not pass them on to third parties without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering general enquiries).
5. Spam protection (hCaptcha)
To protect the contact form against automated requests (spam), we use the hCaptcha service provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. (USA). hCaptcha is only loaded once you interact with the form — no data is transmitted to hCaptcha when the page is merely viewed. When the service loads, connection data (including the IP address) may be transmitted to Intuition Machines.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the website against abusive automated requests). Further details are set out in hCaptcha's privacy policy (hcaptcha.com/privacy).
6. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your details are stored in order to handle and answer your enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
7. External map link (Google Maps)
On the contact page we show a static map image hosted by ourselves — no third-party map is embedded, and no data is transmitted to map services when you view it. Only when you click the link "Plan your route in Google Maps" do you leave our website; from that point Google's privacy policy applies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
9. Storage period
We process and store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Once the purpose no longer applies or the period expires, the data is deleted.
